The building complex is structured around a large commercial area, whose rooftop offers a central, elevated outdoor space for the residents. This elevated area is open for a variety of uses. It is the central outdoor space of the complex and is designed as a terraced playing and exercise landscape. The residential building is attached to the commercial core in such a way that it has no back side.

The building itself is a mixture of terraced house, terrace building and high-rise building, thus offering space for a variety of apartments and outdoor spaces. Due to its location and planning, the central area can also accommodate other uses. The ground floor zone is reserved for additional commercial premises.
