HausWirtschaft realizes a radical mix of uses with 50% working and 50% living at Vienna's Nordbahnhof. In addition to 50 apartments, pubs, an event space, a school, a kindergarten, offices and numerous community rooms will make HausWirtschaft a neighborhood center at Nordbahnhof. Annegret Haider and Markus Zilker from einszueins architektur give a guided tour of the construction site.
