THE IBA_Vienna Team

 

Kurt Hofstetter | Coordination

is an urban planner and was, inter alia, head of district planning and land use for the north-east of Vienna as well as head of landscape planning for Vienna. In the years 2003-2015, he was significantly involved in the conception, planning, development and implementation of the innovative urban development area "aspern. Die Seestadt Wiens".


Jacqueline Stehno | Communication & Marketing

studied information management and specialized in communication and marketing. Since 2012 she worked for Wohnservice Wien in the field of marketing and PR. Before that she gained experience by working on an EU project and organising international projects and congresses at home and abroad.


Amila Širbegović | Projects

is an architect and urban researcher. She works, researches and teaches at the interface between urban planning, migration and space production. In the course of her almost ten years of work at an urban renewal office, she initiated numerous participatory projects in public space. Before that she gained professional experience in various Viennese architectural offices.


Stefan Goller | Projects

is a spatial planner and project manager at IBA_Vienna since May 2019. His focus is on neighborhood and process development, sustainable energy systems, and the conception and implementation of various event and participation formats as part of the IBA_Vienna. Previously, he worked for many years in event management and then in a Viennese urban planning office and studied geography and spatial planning in Innsbruck and Vienna.

 


Rainer Zeitlinger | Projects

studied architecture, community development and neighbourhood management. In the course of his many years of work in the NGO sector, he was involved in the monitoring and development of socially integrative projects with a focus on housing, integration and social participation. Before that he worked in several architectural offices.

 


Agnes Ackerl | Project Assistance

supports the IBA team organizationally, in communication and research. She is a trained photographer. Before the IBA_Vienna she worked as an assistant in an auditing company.


Lukas Flandorfer | Project Assistance

has been part of the IBA_Vienna team since the interim presentation in 2020, which he supports in the processing, provision and communication of content, both online and in guided tours. Before studying architecture, he trained as a media technician and worked in the event industry.

 

 


Sofia Gassner | Kommunikation 2022

Sofia Gassner supports the IBA team in the context of the final presentation, especially in the area of communication and public relations. She studies communication sciences and previously supported NGOs in public relations.

 


Praktikant*innen 2022

Clara Pospischil, Nadine Kelani, Christian Kandolf, Carolina Crijns, Johannes Lücker & Laura Sauter support the IBA_Vienna team for the duration of the final presentation.

They have architectural and spatial planning background and support at events, take care of the IBA_Vienna exhibition in the IBA Center and in the Infopoint in the Forum Am Seebogen and at the social media appearances of the IBA_Vienna.
