To neighborhood walk
Three buildings with 136 privately financed owner-occupied apartments were built at Zelda-Kaplan-Weg 8,10 and 12. The 2- to 4-room apartments have usable living spaces of approx. 50 to 120 m².
Each residential unit has been planned with outdoor spaces in the form of balconies, loggias or terraces with private gardens, as well as first-class furnishings. There are shading elements for the hot summer months. Planters on the balconies and partially greened facades support the green space concept.
Communal facilities such as urban gardening areas and a sauna ensure more interaction among the future residents. A toddlers' playground is available for the youngest residents.
Direct access to the adjacent Otto-Benesch-Park makes AMELIE an ideal project for families and nature lovers.
"AMELIE, as part of Biotope City, fulfills the desire for sustainable living and a home in the green. The focus is on generous green spaces and private outdoor spaces such as balconies, loggias or terraces with private gardens for all residents. We are pleased about the rapid full utilization of the three building components, because this proves the great demand for ecological residential projects, which we would also like to realize more in the future," says Andreas Holler, Managing Director of BUWOG Group GmbH.
