The residential building HOCHH(IN)AUS scores with its unique location, directly at the Otto-Benesch Park and the recreational area Wienerberg. The view into the green remains unobstructed and the extended green space concept underlines the sustainability concept. A canopy on the south façade and balconies on the north side, as well as green pergolas and partition walls, provide a natural ambience and, incidentally, cool shaded areas. Beneficial insects find shelter in insect hotels on the green roof.
The building was even awarded the platinum Greenpass certificate for its sustainable construction.
