The complex has a mobility center and a neighborhood center, both of which are cross-site, which means that they can be used by the residents of all building sites. The tenants can also use the rooftop swimming pool of the neighboring building site, “Urban im Grünen leben”. Here too, the load-bearing function is taken over by outer and middle walls, which permits a changeable spatial layout and the apartments can thus be extended or merged as required. Each apartment has private outdoor spaces (a loggia, terrace or balcony), which again are an invitation for greening measures.
