The complex has a mobility center, a neighborhood center, a youth room and a studio, all of which are cross-site, meaning that they can be used by residents of all sites. Some of the tenants can also use the swimming pool on the roof of the neighboring "Urban im Grünen leben" site. Here, too, exterior and middle walls take on the load-bearing function, enabling a changeable room layout and thus allowing the apartments to be expanded or combined as needed. Each apartment has private open spaces (loggia, terrace or balcony), which again provide an invitation for greening measures.
Development sites, which are rented at 4.80€/m2 (net), were accompanied and curated by the district management, so that a balanced offer of small businesses can be created for the residents.
