The project offers flexible and demand-orientated apartments.
The buildings follow different themes in their design, creating different identities. For example, there are 15 SMART apartments for assisted living in community for young adults and adults and eight apartments for the Vienna women’s refuges. Versatile rooftop gardens are provided as well as additional rentable storage rooms.
The increasingly warmer summer months are addressed with an innovative ceiling cooling system and the use of geothermal and photovoltaic energy.
