Actin-Park in Hirschstetten

Das Projekt Actin-Park ist die erste Wiener Schulsportanlage ohne Zaun und Tore. Es entstand eine offene, zentrale Freizeitinfrastruktur mit ständiger Moderation durch das Jugendzentrum vor Ort.

Bathing pond Hirschstetten

Former gravel pit turned into a natural bathing place: The bathing pond is open all year round with free admission, featuring a children’s playground, a baby bay, a dog zone as well as dog bathing zone.

The project offers compact, affordable housing and is a pioneer in the energy supply. The basis is the existing patented Klima Loop® system, which stands for affordable living comfort and has now been expanded to include the PLUS of holistic heat supply and a supporting power supply by means of photovoltaics. The residential ensemble sets completely new standards in terms of ecological living quality at previously unknown favorable conditions.

The buildings follow different themes in their design, creating different identities. An associated parking area and roof gardens that can be used in a variety of ways create generous open spaces for the residents. Rentable storage rooms are available for additional storage space.

Climate change and the increasingly warmer summer months are countered by Klima Loop® PLUS with innovative residential cooling and the use of geothermal energy and solar power.
