The Gesundheits.Quartier is a free-form building with a clear structure that creates connections between the street space and the park. Sustainability is not only implemented in the program but also in the intelligent system construction, which is characterized by the building material wood, as well as the wooden facade. The Quartiershaus is designed in such a way that living and working complement each other in an invigorating way – and interact harmoniously. The first floor and basement of the building contain commercial space with seminar and exercise rooms.
