Live Life Long

The residential project "Live Life Long" aims at a high quality of living, working and open space under the motto "g'sund leben in der seestadt." 9 commercial spaces (offices, surgery, health cluster - individual companies with a focus on wellness and health) enliven the residential building and the Grätzel. A music school with rehearsal rooms and an 8-group kindergarten are also located on the ground floor.

Already during the planning phase, attention was paid to the best possible combination of living and working. Some apartments have adjoining workrooms with internal connection so that the best conditions for a successful "living and working" are guaranteed.

Green and open spaces such as a spacious piazza and wooden decks for sitting are located in the courtyard area.
