Neighborhood: Berresgasse
The guiding theme of the project SMAQ by the Park is to enable residents to “simply live inexpensively”. The concept is based on three pillars:
1. High serial construction method, with which an open-use building with a high degree of prefabrication can be produced. For the tenants, this brings bright apartments and large private open spaces.
2. Save living costs through neighborly help and sharing of services true to the motto “Network – share – save!”. The “Neighborhood Cooperative Hirschstetten-Berresgasse”, which is currently being established, will have its headquarters here.
3. Favorable price-performance ratio of the apartments, reduction of individual mobility costs through shared mobility. "Mobility Station Plus" with a rental point for e-cars, cargo bikes and accessories.
