To neighborhood walk
The building is flexible, open, modular, connectable, temporary and event-related. In accordance with individual needs, the variety of apartment typologies allows for a colourful mix. The range of apartments includes one- to four-room apartments with private open spaces and "plus spaces."read more
The "plus spaces" are zones between the glazed entrance doors and the apartments. In their openness to the staircase, these transitional areas promote communication in the building. The residents themselves define the use of these spaces: from a studio to a hairdresser's studio to a home office, many things are possible. A communal room and a summer kitchen for the entire neighbourhood create further meeting places in the building. This creates a lively, diverse communication space with room for flexible uses in the adjacent spaces, both essential for "young living."
The open spaces are equipped with tree plantings, seating, a playground and a large meadow around the building. The communal area invites "gardening" with raised beds, and the communal kitchen invites cooking. Adjacent, a spacious seating area serves as an outdoor meeting and dining space.
