kolok-as is a collaborative building group project that cleverly combines neighborhood-oriented cohabitation and mutual support between old and young.
read moreOur society is getting older, so it needs future-oriented living models that meet the new demands. The basic idea is the desire for self-determined living and aging in community and in a familiar environment. The communal living project kolok-as cleverly combines neighborhood-oriented cohabitation and mutual support of old and young: Kolok-as therefore specifically addresses people 50+, single parents and students.
In cooperation with various actors, initiatives are created, such as a "Helpbase" of "Jugend am Werk," the operator of the day center for people with intellectual or multiple disabilities on the first floor and second floor of the house.
