To neighborhood walk
MIO offers a wide range of possibilities - whether living, working or both in combination: 42 rental apartments as well as condominiums and various commercial and office spaces on two floors.
read moreIn a 35m-high-building, living and working environments were combined and their current ratio to each other (living: working = 3:1) made adaptable in the future. MIO enables openness of use through room heights of 4m (ground floor) and 2.80m (upper floors 1-3), an open room structure and intelligent building technology, which enable both living and office work.
The spaces available for businesses and residents (WC facilities on the ground floor, kitchenette and meeting room on the first floor, community room and roof terrace on the fourth floor) are supplemented by a ground-level "city loggia" at a prominent corner location for all those living and working in the building. This can be entirely opened to the central square of the new quarter and offers space for pop-up events of the business owners, family celebrations, and much more.
The micro-locals on the ground floor and the offices from 15 to over 150m² on the 1st floor offer space for a wide variety of business people. A balcony walkway on the courtyard side connects the premises on the ground floor with the small offices above and the common room on the roof garden.
The businesses were selected as part of the specially developed "Urban Upgrade" process and supported in organizing themselves as a "Small Business Community."
The "Urban Upgrade" is a special service for startups, small businesses, single-person-businesses, SMEs and especially property developers, real estate developers and property managers. The aim of the process is to gather committed companies and give them a jump start in the development of a small business community and thus support each other.
