The three buildings, held together by a generous base zone, offer the new residents a variety of areas for communal use that can be actively shaped in a moderated participation process.
The library, toy library (games rental) and a multifunctional space can be used by residents of the entire area. In addition to housing for people with disabilities, there will also be “Housing First apartments” to support for formerly homeless people. A caretaker station is also planned. There is also a toddler playground and raised beds on the rooftop terrace.
