Can we rethink architecture by going back to the well-tried and simple? Away from "thermos flask architecture" and towards shady, airy, breathing typologies that continue to place communication at their center despite the warming. Away from high-tech systems that ultimately fail because of the user's behavior, towards simply built, robust structures whose functionality can be easily understood and converted. Away from dogmatic material prejudices such as concrete=evil, wood=good, towards a holistic view of invisible components, manageability in operation, recyclability and durability. But also away from the usual standards and high "comfort", towards reduction and tolerance of temperature fluctuations and sound transmission.
